By accessing or using BrainPower AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BrainPower AI is a decision support platform. It computes outcomes from inputs you supply and presents them with an explanatory language layer.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You may not use the platform to break the law, infringe the rights of others, reverse engineer or extract the software, resell access without authorisation, circumvent usage limits or security controls, or submit content you have no right to submit.
You retain ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you.
The platform, its engine, methods, and interface remain the property of BrainPower AI. Your subscription grants a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service. It grants no ownership.
Outputs are computed from the inputs and assumptions you provide. Their quality depends entirely on the quality of those inputs. BrainPower does not guarantee that any decision made using the platform will produce a favourable outcome. The platform is a decision support tool. It is not financial, legal, investment, medical, or regulatory advice. Every decision, and the consequences of every decision, remain yours.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The platform depends on third party providers, including foundation model APIs. We are not liable for their failures, changes, or outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, you may export your data for thirty days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
