• Account information: name, email address, organisation, and authentication credentials.
• Decision content: the inputs, criteria, weights, assumptions, and results you create on the platform.
• Usage data: how you interact with the service, for the purpose of improving it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs.

We use your information to operate the service, authenticate you, compute your decisions, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell your decision content. Ever.

BrainPower uses third party foundation model providers to generate the language layer of its outputs. Content you submit may be transmitted to those providers for processing. We select providers that do not train their models on submitted content, and we transmit the minimum required to deliver the service. All quantitative computation happens within BrainPower and is never delegated to a third party.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled on a least privilege basis. Authentication supports two factor verification. Administrative actions are logged.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You may withdraw consent and close your account, and we will delete your content within thirty days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

We may process data outside the Sultanate of Oman, including in jurisdictions where our infrastructure or model providers operate. Where we do, we apply appropriate safeguards.

We retain your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards, as required for legal, accounting, and security purposes.

We will notify you of material changes to this policy before they take effect.
